In this Week’s Family Update:

SAVE THE DATE: May 18, 6:30 - 7:30 pm.

We are currently in a hard-hitting sermon series, “4 Huge Questions.”  Each week, our pastors are tackling some of the hardest questions asked of the church about God, the Bible, and faith.  To wrap up the series, Silver Creek Church will be hosting a special Q&A-style event where our pastors tackle common doubts, including your questions.  This event is for those who are searching for answers and may not be comfortable with exploring a relationship with Jesus.  Child care is available!  Please join us and please take a step out in faith and invite those who may need their hard-hitting questions answered.  

For those wanting to dig even deeper past the “4-Huge-Questions” sermon series and the “Questioning Christianity,” there will be a 4-week class also called “Questioning Christianity.”  Pastor Brandon will continue the conversation surrounding questions and doubts about Christianity.  Classes start Wednesday, June 4th, and meet weekly through 25th.  Check out our Events page to learn more!

BIG SERVING  OPPORTUNITY!

Help make the greatest week of the summer a huge success!  VBC is back this June and we NEED YOU!  We need 60 more volunteers, 6th grade and up, to assist with making this year's Vacation Bible Camp safe and fun.  We need people to help in class, security, food service, set up, break down, and so many other areas.  This year, we are offering free child care to volunteers needing help with newborn to 3-year-old children.  Please consider helping out!  Select the “VBC Volunteer Leader Registration” in the Registration Link HERE.

**REMINDER**:  Attendance at our 9:30 and 11:00 am Sunday services is starting to grow.  We are so blessed to see so many joining in worship.  With that growth, we are finding new ways to make sure no one feels like there is a “No Vacancy” sign out front.  One way is the new SCC Shuttle!  If you are a Member or Regular Attendee of our 9:30 or 11:00 am service, would you consider using our shuttle service?  All you will need to do is park in the University Hospital parking lot across from Heinen's, and our shuttle will take you straight to the front doors.  We appreciate the cooperation as we move through these changes and praise God for our growth!
